Driving Range
This prototype was developed as a demonstration project to showcase how canopy design can be revolutionized through optimization strategies. Constructed at a 1:2 scale using folded ACM sheets, it serves as a proof of concept for the founder of Nonconventional Design. The structure leverages curvature to maximize material efficiency, allowing thin sheets to achieve both strength and form with minimal material thickness.

Staircase Facade prototype
This full-scale (1:1) prototype was developed using digital tools that connect 3D models directly to physical manufacturing and on-site assembly. Custom programming tools were created to optimize planning and save time by automatically generating documentation. These tools were specifically developed for Radeburger Fensterbau as part of the Google Headquarters project designed by Heatherwick Studio

Hive Pilot project
This project was digitally developed as a pilot for Lithium Designers’ facade systems. The facade was optimized for planarity, and the aluminum system was digitally generated to minimize material usage while guiding the physical assembly process. Every component of the facade was created through computational design—an approach that enables outcomes unattainable with traditional modeling techniques.

Westhafen covered outdoor
This 5000 sqm roof has been designed by HPP architects in Westhafen shopping canter in Hamburg Germany. This project has been redesigned to be optimized for water tightness, manufacturability and assembly.Every component of this roof was created through computational design—an approach that enables outcomes unattainable with traditional modeling techniques.
